An installer's expired BRL 200 certificate, or a company-level BRL 100 certificate nobody can find right before an audit.
One place for both company certificates (like BRL 100 F-gases, held by the company) and installer certificates (BRL 200, VCA, CO-person). Koldwerk blocks signing off a refrigerant work order without a valid BRL 200 certificate.

What it does
- Company certificates held by the company itself, such as the BRL 100 F-gases certificate — automatically shows up in Compliance Autopilot and in the BRL-100 audit export.
- Installer certificates per person: BRL 200 F-gases, VCA and CO-person, required under BRL 100 v3.
- Hard block: no valid BRL 200 certificate for the installer → the work order can't be signed off on a refrigerant installation.
- AI auto-fill (from Plus): upload the certificate as a PDF and the company details are read and filled in automatically — you check and confirm.

What happens when an installer's certificate expires?
Compliance Autopilot flags an expiring or expired certificate in advance. With an expired BRL 200, the installer can no longer sign off a refrigerant work order.
Do I have to fill in every field of a company certificate by hand?
Not from Plus: upload the certificate as a PDF and the fields are read automatically. You check the result before it's saved — manual registration remains possible in every plan.
