The customer has annual maintenance, but it gets forgotten — and they don't pay for what didn't happen.
Schedule a contract against a single installation. Koldwerk automatically generates a work order X days before the target date, and keeps the history.

What it does
- One contract per installation (linked one-to-one).
- Frequency in months (12 = annual, 6 = twice a year, …).
- Automatic work-order generation via a daily cron, X days in advance.
- Maintenance history visible per contract.
- Dashboard notification for upcoming maintenance when auto-generation is switched off, plus a cancellation flow.
