- Customer creation with company name, KvK (Dutch chamber of commerce) number, VAT number, address, contact, email, phone, notes.
- PII fields (email, phone, address) encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
- Soft delete — history is retained for audit purposes.
- Per customer: company details, notes, installations and recent work orders on one page, with an audit log of every change.
- Search + filter: search by name, town or KvK number.
