Do I need to build templates myself before I can start?
No. The starter set contains five ready-made forms, modelled on the paper forms used in the trade — including an F-gas registration/certificate with pressure test, refrigerant change and document check. Pick what you need and adjust it afterwards as you like.
What's the difference with the fixed forms under Compliance docs?
Compliance Forms is for your own templates: choose your own fields, version-controlled. Compliance docs (CO attestation, leak-check declaration, commissioning declaration, VCA risk assessment) are four fixed, non-editable forms that follow the official BRL/EU format — meant to be handed over at an audit as-is.
