Peppol e-invoicing
Some clients — large installation companies, government bodies, owners'-association managers — only accept an electronic invoice via the Peppol network, not just a PDF by email.
Send a signed-off work order directly as a Peppol invoice to your customer's network address (via Storecove) — no accounting package needed, a direct send.
BRL 100 and STEK are Dutch national certification schemes — full support today is NL-only. See our honest country-coverage disclosure.
What it does
- API-key integration with Storecove, the Peppol access-point provider — no accounting package in between.
- Requires your own Chamber-of-Commerce or OIN number as sender identification, set up once.
- Can only be sent from a signed-off work order — deliberately not from an invoiced one, so a work order can never be sent as a Peppol invoice twice.
- A sent Peppol invoice is final: like a posted paper invoice, it can't be withdrawn, only credited.
- A clear error message if a customer isn't reachable via the Peppol network — no silent failure.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is this the same as the accounting integrations or Debitan?
No. Those send a draft invoice to your own accounting package, which you still check and send yourself. Peppol sends a final, irrevocable invoice directly to the customer — no accounting package in between.
What if my customer isn't on the Peppol network?
Koldwerk shows a clear error that the customer isn't reachable via Peppol — the invoice isn't sent. Use the regular work-order PDF or an accounting integration instead.
Can I still correct a sent Peppol invoice?
Not withdraw it — like a posted paper invoice, it's final. A correction goes via a credit invoice.
