- Weekly email summary to OWNER/ADMIN, only when something genuinely falls due within 30 days or has already expired.

Instead of walking through Certificates, Installations and Tools separately, the owner opens one page and immediately sees which three items need attention this week.
A certificate slipped through
A BRL 200 certificate expires in 12 days. Autopilot shows it at the top as 'Urgent', with a link to Certificates to renew it before the next refrigerant work order gets blocked.

Frequently asked questions
Does this add new regulations or calculations?
No. Every item reuses an existing calculation already used elsewhere (certificate status, leak-check frequency, ATP expiry date, calibration interval). Autopilot does not invent a new compliance rule.
Are CO inspections (CO safety certification, Bbl) included here?
Deliberately not as a deadline. There is no fixed re-inspection interval for BRL 6000-25/K25000 recorded in this system — inventing an assumed cadence would be an unsubstantiated claim. You'll find the inspection history itself under CO inspections.
Is this included in my plan?
