What happens if I go over my user limit?
An extra user costs €9 per month on Essential and Plus. This is not automatic: there is no automatic overage invoice and no automatic warning either. Need one more seat? Email hallo@koldwerk.nl and we adjust your subscription by hand; you see it on your next invoice.
How do I get started with Koldwerk?
The first 7 days are free to test Koldwerk — no credit card required to sign up. Like it? Then choose a plan and add a payment method (iDEAL or invoice). If you haven't chosen a plan within 7 days, access pauses — your data stays safe and everything works again immediately once you do choose a plan.
Are BRL 100 and STEK included in every plan?
Yes. All modules — work orders, refrigerant admin, audit trails, customer portal, certificate archive — are included in every plan. The difference between Start/Essential/Plus is the number of users and advanced features (Debitan sync, API, SSO).
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. No annual contract, no notice period — you cancel in your settings and only pay for the current month. On cancellation you get 30 days to export your data under the data-processing agreement.
