- What happens if I go over my user limit?
- No problem. On Essential and Plus we charge €9 per extra user per month on your next invoice after the overage. We warn you proactively before that invoice, so you can still downgrade if that fits better.
- How do I get started with Koldwerk?
- You create a workspace, choose a plan, and set up your admin. No credit card required to sign up — you only add a payment method (iDEAL or invoice) once you decide to stay.
- Are BRL 100, K25000 and STEK included in every plan?
- Yes. All modules — work orders, refrigerant admin, audit trails, customer portal, certificate archive — are included in every plan. The difference between Start/Essential/Plus is the number of users and advanced features (Debitan sync, API, SSO).
- Can I cancel monthly?
- Yes. No annual contract, no notice period — you cancel in your settings and only pay for the current month. On cancellation you get 30 days to export your data under the data-processing agreement.
